Holding up to 1 stick of butter, this glazed stoneware crock allows you to keep butter out on your counter or table for up to 30 days, with no refrigeration! To use, simply pour approximately 1/2” of water into the base, fill the top of the butter keeper with butter, and turn it upside down into the base. The water creates a seal to lock out air, so your butter stays fresh and ready-to-use for up to a month. Keep butter in Norpro’s Butter Crock and you’ll always have perfectly spreadable butter for your morning toast, baked potatoes, and dinner rolls.
