Shipments and Returns

Your order’s shipment:

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and garments in-house. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Due to the customization and availability of each transfer/garment/product with individual designs, production can take up to 4 to 6 days. Personalized garments with an ending code of PND require 1-2 additional days. Our talented team does their best to give you the best product and image possible. Production and delivery times are higher during peak and holiday seasons. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Blind Shipping Option is available for wholesale customers. Check the box and fill in your address and the destination’s address at checkout. There is a small fee for the production of the label and special handling of your job.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
